Shipping Times
Your items will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping depends on location, and a time estimate will be given at checkout. See Shipping Policies for more details.
* Please note that holidays may delay shipments. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee delivery on time as that depends on the carrier.
Return Policies
At Red Sky Studios, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item—please email us at elise@redskystudios.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
If you’d like to cancel your order BEFORE shipment, please email me and I’ll provide a full refund. If your item has already been shipped, nothing can be done until it has been delivered.
